If you are lactose intolerant, there is a strong chance you can drink our milk! Based on customer feedback, many people with a lactose intolerance can drink our milk. When we started getting this feedback, we did some investigating and found information that suggests it’s because of the vat pasteurization process that we utilize. Vat pasteurization fully pasteurizes the milk, but does it at a lower temperature for a longer time than the methods used by most other dairy processors. At the lower temperature, the enzymes that aid digestion are left intact; resulting in the lactose being broken down by the enzymes instead of your body having to do the work.
